The s.s. Glenelg left for Opunake and Wanganui at 11 o'clock last night with a large general cargo.
The s.s. Mapourika left for the South at 9.45 this morning, having on board the southern portion of the inward San Francisco mail, besides cargo and passengers.
The Union Co.'s s.s. Eotoiti, which left ©nehunga wharf on Tuesday night and (Subsequently grounded on a sandbank five miles down the harbour, is still hard and fast. Last night the s.s. "Weka stood by her. and at high water attempted to tow her off, which was not attended with success. This morning efforts were also fruitless. This morning" the Mapourlka left Onehunga. at 9.45. and when abreast of the stranded vessel took on board her passengers, proceeding South shortly afterwards. L ,
