DUNEDIN SUPREME COURT.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The criminal sittings concluded on Saturday, John .Tames Milburn, a boy of 12. was charged with the manslaughter of a schoolfellow by wounding him with a knife. Mr Justice Williams limited the ease submitted to the jury to the question whether the boy had struck the blow not knowing he had a knife in his hand. The jury, after ten minutes' retirement, returned a verdict of not guilty, and the boy was discharged. The coroner's jury, it will be remembered, also found that the blow was struck, the boy nob knowing he had a knife in his hand.
