THE MARIPOSA.
i The outward Frisco mail steamer Mariposa arrived from Sydney yesterday ' afternoon, berthing at the wharf afte_ ; inspection by the Health Officer. Mr C. N. Fuleher, the purser, reports: The Mariposa left Sydney at 1.55 p.m. on ,Wect- ' nesday last, and experienced light north east and east winds, with fine weather throughout, stopping for the Auckland pilot at 2.23 p.m. yesterday, and berthing at the Queen-st. wharf some time after- , wards. ; The Mariposa left for way ports and ' San Francisco shortly after noon to-day.
