The ship Republic sailed this morning for Melbourne. The barque Quathlamba was towed down to the Thames this morning to load for Melbourne. The s.s. Maori, from- London, left the Cape on the evening of the 13th inst. for Hobart and Wellington. The s.s. Waimate, from London, via Capetown, is due at Hobart on Saturday next, and after landing 480 tons cargo, comes on to this port. The Maria de Larringa, which loads for London under charter to the N.Z. Shipping Co., arrived at Napier from Brisbane yesterday. Sue leaves this port for London on 3rd prox.
