DIVORCE
Chas. Rogers (petitioner) v. Kate Rogers (respondent) and Patrick Conrad (co-respondent), petition for decree nisi for dissolution of marriage. This was a case from -Mango nui, and was partly heard at last sessions. Mr Bloomlield. of Kawaka.wa, appeared for ■the petitioner. There was no appearance of respondent or co-respondent. Evidence was given by two natives — Piri Wright and Ceo. Wright—as to service of the citations on respondent and co-respondent. His Honor granted a decree nisi. Costs were allowed on the highest scale against- the corespondent.
