ALLEGED MALICIOUS PROSE-
CUTION.
The case of W. H. Conboy v. Coromandel County Council concluded on Saturday afternoon after occupying the Court two whole days. The claim was for £750 damages for alleged malicious prosecution. Mr E. W. Burton appeared for plaintiff and Mr C. J. Parr for the defence. His Honor, after .hearing argument, reviewed the evidence and gave judgment for the defendant Council with cost on the highest scale, an extra day being allowed for counsel.
