Mr Joseph Hinton was appointed caretaker of w& Hamilton Baths on the same terms a< formerly. Mr J. Kelly was appoint"* temporarily to the position of poim|: keeper, clog registrar, and ranger, yic Mr C. Martelli, resigned. Saleyaiv, fees for the past six' months, amount ing to £17 15/, were received i'ror* Messrs McNicol and Co. The. debf balance of the Council at present ail ounts to £919,6/7.. As this was Hi Worship the Mayor's last ordinary meeting a hearty vote of thanks wji; tendered to Mr Dey for the services ii' had rendered to the Council, during tf six years he had occupied that posi tion. '
