Mr M. J. Stewart (Katikati) addressed the electors in the Upper Landing School on Saturday, November 18th. There was a good attendance, including a number of ladies. Mr J. Livesey was voted 'to the chair. Mr Stewart explained the several planks to which 'the Liberal Party were pledged, and which had his approval and would have his support if he was returned.
