SUAIMER FLOWER SHOW
A very large number of entries have been received for the Summer Flower Show, to be held in the Choral Hall on Friday and Saturday next, more especially in the children's sections, and a fine display of blooms afld pot plants is assured. Persons who have neglected to send in their entries are advised that they cannot be received after 12 o'clock on Thursday. The Choral Hall will be open for the staging of exhibits from 8 o'clock on Friday morning. Exhibitors afe requested to get their plants in at the earliest possible moment, as it is intended to enforce the rule that all exhibits shall be staged by 11 o'clock. A whole holiday has been granted to the public schools on Friday in order that as many children as desire may compete in the bouquet classes. The Tramway Company will run cars round to the Choral Hall from the Three Lamps at 9 o'clock on Friday morning for the convenience of exhibitors, and the usual show cars will rutt On Friday afternoon and Friday and Saturday evenings.
