The Auckland: Trotting- Club's Summer Meeting- programme is published in full in this impression, and it is framed on attractive and liberal lines. The dates of the fixture are Saturday, 23rd, Wednesday, 27th, and Saturday, 30th December.'. On the opening day the Trotting Cup of 200 ssovs., 2 mile*, is the big item. A Juvenile Stakes of 50 sows., and Pony Cup of 65 soys., are also features. The Summer Trot of 100 soys.. 2 miles, is a leading- feature on- the second day, and on the third day the President's Handicap of 100 soys. .is the chief item. Any horse, after winning, may. be re-handicapped. Nominations for a.ll events'close on Friday. December Ist. at 10 p.m., and there should be a big. entry list.
