SYMPATHY WITH CARLISTS
MADRID, September 5,
A Congress of Bishops sitting at Burgos, despite an.injunction from tho Pope, passed a resolution of sympathy with the Carlists.
The representative of the Pope, who presided, at once left the Congress, which was brought to an abrupt conclusion.
