Preston, Murdock, Webber, Clarke, Neilsou, Burton, Smith, Armstrong. At Northcote on Saturday a football match under Rugby rules was played between married and single men of the Chelsea Sugar Works. The field was very muddy. The married men had the best of the game till close to the finish, when G. Tyler for the singles' secured a try, which R. •Patterson converted. The stakes were a dinner at the Gladstone Hall, where after cleaning themselves from the mud the two teams spent a very social evening.
