Drunkenness.A first offender (on bail) was fined 10/ and costs.
Unattended Cart. —Win. Plowman was fined 2/G and 9/ costs for leaving1 a cart unattended.
A Treble Charge.—James Lovett was charged with being drunk in Queenst. last night. He was further charged with resisting' Constable Payne and using1 obscene language. For being dnrak accused was fined 30/ and costs, for resisting 1 the police ho was convicted and discharged, and for usingl obscene language 14 days' imprisonment with hard labour.
