CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD.
SIX MONTHS IMPRISONMENT
LONDON, July 5
At the Central Criminal Court Sir [Alfred Kirby, Arthur Kirby, and M. J. Clifford were found guilty o£ conspiring to defraud the public in connection with the Coolgardie Mint and Iron King Gold Mine. Arthur Kirby and Clifford were sentenced to six months imprisonment, each. Sir Alfred Kirby was too ill to appear.
