A deputation from the Law Society waited on .the Premier and asked him to take charge of the Bill drawn up for the incorporation of the legal profession of the colon}-. This, they said, would enable betf»r discipline to be exercised over its members than could now be done by voluntary law societies, and was wanted by the profession..
