DIVORCE CASE.

In the Supreme Court this morning His Honor Mr Justice Conolly heard another divorce case—Morrison v. Morrison. In this suit Kenneth Morrison was the petitioner, and Harriet Amy Morrison the respondent, while Charles Stephenson Wrack was joined as co-respondent. Mr Brookfield appeared for the petitioner, and made application for a decree nisi for dissolution of marriage. There was no appearance of either respondent or corespondent,

The petitioner, in his evidence, stated that he was a farmer at Ohaupo, Waikato. He married the respondent at Waipu in May, IS7G, and lived with her for some years at Waipu, Ngaruawahia and Ohaupo. There were five children, the youngest being 13 years of age. In May, 1889, his wife left him and went away with a'man named Wrack, with whom she lived for several years at Kawakawa and Auckland. They lived together till last year, when Wrack left Mrs Morrison.

A witness named Grant gave evidence as to Mrs Morrison and Wrack living together at Kawakawa and also in Auckland. Mrs Morrison had had three children since she left her husband. Wrack was a fireman on the

Charles Edward Matthews deposed to serving copies of petition and citation on "Mrs Wrack" in Middle-street, Ponsonby. She said she was Mrs Morrison, the wife of Kenneth Morrison. He also served the co-respondent.

His Honor granted a decree nisi and gave leave to apply to make the decree absolute at the expiration of three months.
