JUNIORS.
FALCON V. GRAFTON
This fixture, played in the Domain, proved, as was anticipated, a most interesting game, and resulted in another win for Falcons by three goals to two. The game from kick-off to call of time was without doubt the best match of the season. Neither team till then had suffered defeat, but the superior combination and form shown by the Falcons proved too much for their opponents, though it must be admitted that both teams played a most determined rame from start to finish. For the vStors, Graham, Ealloway, Goldie, Bousson, an* Boothe played a sterling game, while for the losers, Stokes* Devereaux, and Miller were about the pick. Mr W. Heather kindly officiated as referee, and gave every satisfaction. V.M.C.A. (A) v. North Shore—The North Shore team won by 4 goals to 1. V.M.C.A. (B) v. United ll.—The latter won. by five goals to one. For the winners Nicholls (two goals), Carr (one), and Heald (one), were the scorers, while King was successful in negotiating- a goal for the beaten team.
