PARIS, April 13. M. Freystettes, a member of the I court-maxtial, declared that Dreyfus I was ostensibly punished for the bori dereau, but really for selling fortress ■ plans. It is not known who made the accusation. PARIS, April 13. The Paris newspaper 'Eclair' has ' published the deposition of Trarieux, 1 ex-Minister of Justice, before the I Court of Cassation. Ti-arieux stated ■ ■ that Count Tornielli, the Italian A.mI bassador in France, declared .that Italy had no relations with Dreyfus, who was the victim, of a mistake, and I that another officer communicated to 1 Sehwartzkoppen,. the German atB tache, the Bortlere^au documents.
