At the Warden's Court to-day, before Air Warden Bush, the following applications were granted up to the luncheon adjournment: —James AfcCormick, Agnes' Licensed Holding, Tapu; H. H. Pitcher, Moonlight Special Claim, Tararu; Alburnia Co., special site, Tararu Creelc; Hauraki Peninsula. Exploration Co., United, permisison to drive through a portion of the Rapid Special Claim, so as to open up reefs in the New Wentworth, Whangamata; Gloucester Co., Machine site at K,araka; Thos. "Wilson, quartz claim near Saville; James-MeCormiek, Little Maggie Quarts Claim,.Tapu; AL-Fleming, permission lo work the Wharekawa No. 2 and ,3 Special Claims with two men -instead of 33 for four months; Alonowai Gold Alines, permission to work the Gem and Crown Licensed Holdings at Waiomo with three instead of fen men for four months; Hauraki Peninsula Exploration Co., permission .to construct a tramway at Whangamata; Karaka Limited, permission to work the Karaka. mines with 12 instead of 42 men for two months; Eclipse, permission to work the Eclipse Extended at Tararu with six instead of 33 men for four months: Thomas Seecombe, six months' protection for the Hikuwai Opal Mineral License, Tairua: T. F. Farley, "six months' protection for New Alanaia Special Claim, at. Ohui.
