THE EXHIBITION.

Children were very much in evidence at the Exhibition on Saturday afternoon, when special attractions were arranged for the little ones. Professor Kear's clever dogs went through their performance on the lawn, much to the amusement of the children. The Professor's feats of juggling were, also greatly appreciated, and Punch and Judy had a good share of the patronage. A Maypole dance, in costume, was performed on the sports track by about 60 pupils of Airs Osmond. The music for the dance, which was a very pretty performance, was played by the Garrison Band. Crowds visited the Exhibition in the evening, a large number finding their way to the Choral Hall, where members of the Pollard Opera Co. gave another successful concert. Aliss Maud Beatty sang 'Forget Not to Forgive,' and 'Until We Aleet Again'; Aliss Gertie Campion, 'Only a Penny' and 'Love Ale Just a Little, Sue'; Aliss Marie Mueller, 'Because of Thee' and 'Alia Percella'; Air E. Fitts. 'Bid Ale to Love' and 'ThWaggon'; Mr. W. S. Percy, 'They Would Not Do for Ale' and 'The Little Scrub'; Air H. Quealy, 'The Tin GeeGee' and T 'appened to be There'; Air H. Gteeson contributed two piano solos and accompanied the vocalists. Encores were demanded for almost every item. TO-NIGHT'S ATTRACTIONS. A garden concert will be held on the lawn in front of the Exhibition tonight. The garden will be illuminated by thousands of coloured lamps.
