FRANCE AND TURKEY.
PROTEST AGAINST CONCESSIONS.
CONSTANTINOPLE, February 5.
M. Constans. French Ambassador at Constantinople, has protested to the Turkish Government against the concession made to the German railway syndicate controlling the railways of Anatolia, to construct docks and warehouses at Haider, some distance south Of Scutari. He complains that the concession will prove injurious to the French Quay Company.
