PAEEOA, Thursday.
The ordinary monthly meeting of the Ohineinuri County Council was held to-day, there being- present Messrs Barry (chairman), Shaw, Cock, McAndrew, Boler, Stackpoie, McGruer, McClelland and Moore.
The following tenders were accepied:—Claying a portion of the PaeroaWaitoa swamp road, H. Butler, £390; grading Silver ton Road, Hughes and Dunne, £34 19s"; completing section No. 1 Golden Cross Road, Tierney, £147; scouring 210 chains drain from McKee's punt,"j. O'Brien, £26 ss; furnishing 1100 yards spalls for Silverton Road, H. Bevidge, £197 Is 8d; olaymg from southern end Paeroa-Waitoa-swamp road, H. Butler, .£229 ss; reforming Albert, William and Corbet? streets, Paeroa, Wolf and Leatbend,
