DELAYED MAILS.
(By Cable.—Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, this day,
Complaints have been made of late delivery of Vancouver mails in London. This is the fault of the Atlantic service, as the Vancouver steamers have been running up to time, and no penalty has been incurred by them for nine months. The mail reaches New York on Wednesday, and only four fast steamers leave' that dayall American, When the mail is put on slower boats there is sometimes a loss of three days in it reaching Lon-' don. s .-■
