Their rate was advanced on November 1-1 to 17/0, and later to :_;>/ for light measurement and 35/ tor weigtu, all prepaid, with 10 per cent, primage. The partners of three out of four arms comprising the New York group are in London, and are believed to be in communication with Tyser's and Bueknau's lines to make permanent freight arrangements.
