THE RUSSIAN NAVY.
LONDON, December 22.
The 'Daily Mail' states that Russia proposes to add to her navy in the Far East four battleships, six cruisers, two gunboats, also torpedoe boats and torpedo destroyers, in order to cope with any coalition that may be effected.
