The Court of Cassation has received ihe Picquart dossier, which is a military explanation of why the courtmartial was necessary.
The Reactionary party and'the military have subscribed £HOOO to enable the widow of the late Colonel Henry to prosecute his accusers. The neutrality of the army on the question lias thus been violated, but the Government is quiescent.
