A meeting' of shareholders in this company was held to-day in Mr 11. Gilfiillan's ofii.ce, at which Mr S. T. George presided. On the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Mr Leighton, resolutions jvere passed voluntarily winding up the company, the directors to remain in power for that purpose, register to be closed on August 23rd, and the 10,000 Kapai Vermont shares given for the property to be divided at the rate of one for four Jupiter shares.
