Captain Sve-rdrup, who commanded the I'Viiin on Dr. Nanscn's expedition, has again sailed with the Fram on a Polar voyage, taking his departure from here. The cost of the expedition will be defrayed by private subscription, aided by a vote from the Government of iiO.ooo kroner. Sverdrup hopes to meet with Andre and probably Lieutenant Perry.
