AUSTRIAN JUBILEE.
VIENNA, June 23
.Seventy-five thousand school children passed in procession before the Emperor Francis Joseph in honour of his jubilee. In the course of <a speech to the children the Emperor declared the function was a comfort to him after years of grief. The ceremonies will last a week.
