Gustavo T). Cardenos. v prominent Cuban at this city, received the followingl letter from Havana yesterday, dated April 2G: —

'The Spaniards are. celebrating1 the victory of the capture of the four American ports Mobile, Boston, Penescola and Charleston. Blanco has given a very large banquet, to the army and navy. The "city is gaily decorated and thousands of people are in processions.

The letter is from a lady friend of Sonor Cardenos, who inquires* apprehensively if the accounts are as alleged by Blanco.
