Mr Mills, manager of: the Union Steamship Company, on Saturday received a cable from Messrs Spreeklea, owners of the ManuAla and Mfiriposn, stating1 that the 'Frisco mail boats are not likely to be ■ interfered with by Spanish cruisers.
