Owing to Mr Wittenoom's accep.tance of the Agent-Generalship and Mr Forrest's surrender of the Colonial ■ Gccretaryship the Cabinet is re-ar-ranged. Mr H. B. Lefroyv has been appointed Minister of Mines, Mr George Antlell Colonial Secretary and Minister of Education.
