£652 FROM 58' TONS. The crushing of the Welcome Find Company at Coromandel last month May Queen Extended Company's battery, : further illustrates the richness of the ores |in the vicinity of the famous Hauraki j Company. Only 58 tons of ore were treated ! together with 120lbs of picked stone, which I yielded bullion valued at £652 19s. All this ore came from the southern lode ;at No. 2 level, which varies in size from 4 j to 12 inches. !
