OIL ENGINE VESSELS.

WELLINGTON, this day.
The Premier has received a cable message from tlie Secretary to the United States Treasury, AYashington, as follows. "Oil engine vessels fifteen tons and upwards engaged in trade are inspected. All subject to Navigations Law, regardless of , tonnage."
