THE CRIMINAL SITTINGS
The Criminal Sittings of the Supreme Court open on Monday, 22nd November, So far the following prisoners come up for trial: —James Waiwai, sheep stealing ; Tiaki Hone Arama, breaking and entering and theft; Robert Henry Aubrey and Arthur McKell, burglary ; Tames Brown, theft; Frederick Deason, Albert Weeks, and John Gunson, breaking and entering and theft ; Thomas Whyte, breaking and entering and theft (two charges) ; H. W. Needham, theft (two charges) ; Henry Wilmot and Henry Fraser, being found by night armed with intent to break and enter a building and attempting to break and enter; Charles Hoodless, firing a gun with intent to intimidate ; Vincent Vitella, indecent assault; Thomas Finnigan, wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm ; James Johnson, breaking and entering and theft; William James McCauley, theft; Mary Ross, theft; Henry James Wilkinson, receiving stolen property ; Harry Campbell, receiving stolen property; Mary Ann Barton, abandoning child ; Robert Dixon, theft of a horse.
