Competitors not on mark at proper time will be distanced. 3. Competitors must send in colours with entries and past performances for three years. 4. All protests to be lodged with Secretary within 15 minutes of the race protested on, and must be accompanied with 10/, to be retained by Committee if protest be not sustained, the Comittee's decision to be final. 5.
