POLICE INQUIRY.
WELLINGTON, this day. The Police Commission of Inquiry will commence at Auckland on the 11th inst., the first investigation being in reference to a chargepreferred against Inspector Emerson of Hawkes' Bay. The charge dates two years back. Mr Kenny, S.M., acts as Commissioner. .
