Mr T. Arnfell, on behalf of a syndicate, has offered £2,000 and half of the, Melbourne Cup stakes, should he win, for Coil on condition of delivery being given before the race is run. The owner had not replied up to a late hour last night. It is believed if the deal is completed Coil will be sent to England. . . .
