COTTON SPINNERS' STRIKE.
LONDON, October 31
A, strike in the cotton trade is imminent. Recently the federated master cotton spinners granted operatives a fortnight to consider a proposed reduction of 5 per cent, iv wages. The Operatives' Association lias now decided to reject the reduction.
