LONDON, October 30.
T'.e second race of the series between Erne-t Cavill and McCusker, of America, was to have taken place yesterday at Leicester over a course of half a mile, but McCusker failed to put in an appearance, presumably through some mistake. Cavill did not claim the "forfeit of the stakes, and still hopes the match will come off.
