A NEW CATHEDRAL.
MELBOURNE, this day.
Cardinal Moran opened St. Patrick's Cathedral. The Bishops of Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Wellington, and a large number of other leading clerics took part in the ceremony, which was a most impressive one. The building has been in course of- erection many years, and cost over £200,000 without towers or spires.
