ANGLO-FRENCH COMMISSION.
PARIS, October 31. The Anglo-French Commission appointed to settle disputes between Great Britain and France in Western Africa has entered upon its labours.
BERLIN, October 31
Germany has made a claim to Ganda, a native West African Sultanate embracing territory on both banks ot the Niger River, alleging that Great Britain has no treaty with the Sultan.
