THE DREYFUS CASE.
PARIS, October 30.
The Vice-President of the Senate created a sensation by announcing that he possessed proofs of the innocence of Captain Dreyfus, who was sentenced to banishment "by a secret court martial in 1895 for selling important State documents to foreign Powers, and transported for the term of his natural life.
