THE TREATY OF PEACE,
A GREEK PROTEST.
CONSTANTINOPLE, October 25.
.The Greek Minister at Constantinople! has protested to the representatives of the powers that in connection with the war indemnity Greece is paying four million francs to recoup private British losses. LONDON, October 24. Mr Gladstone, in a letter dealing with the Eastern question, says the concert of the European Powers has covered itself with indelible disgrace. Especially is this the case as far as the Empire of Germany Is concerned.
