PAEROA, this day. Samuel Adams, was charged on remand More Mr J. Nathan and Mr Colclough, »•"• s, with arson on the 7th October. Mr wand Mr O'Meagher appeared for acrased. Detective Maddern, who represented the Police, applied for remand till ™jay, to enable the Crown Prosecutor to wend. After discussion the Bench re™w the remand, and the information was wnnssed. It is understood a fresh information mil immediately be laid.
