PRINCE OF WALES AND FIERY CROSS G.M. COMPANIES.
At a sitting of the Supreme Court in chambers to-day, the adjourned sunmions of Mr C. F. Buddie in respect to rectifying the register of the Prince of Wales G.M. Company came before His Honor. Mr Buddie was present in support. Mr Buddie said that he was not prepared to go on. There were several parties interested. He suggested an adjournment until next Tuesday week. It might then be necessary to ask for a further adjournment. His Honor allowed the summons to stand over till Tuesday, '21st inst.
Re Fiery Cross G.M. Company. — Summons to remove name from register of shareholders.
Mr Mahony, in support of two applications, said he was not prepared to go on. He asked that the motions be allowed to stand over until a day to be appointed.
Stand over until 24th inst.
City of Gisborne.— The manager telegraphad to-day: " Cut the reef. It is well mineralised."
