The polling yesterday for three members to lill vacancies on the Devonport Borough Council resulted as follows :—• William Handley 237 George A. Creeth 230 James C. l-iitrican 228 Malcolm Niccol 209 George E. Blandford 130 Henry J. Baulf 89 Edmund Dutton 43 Bobei-t U. McCailum 9 Messrs Handley, Creeth and Entrican were declared duly elected.
