NEWSPAPER COMMENT.
Sydney, this day
The "Sydney Morning Herald," commenting on the Tasmania wreck, Bays tho circumstances are full of honour to all concerned, thab at the hour of danger and surprise the people behaved splendidly. The passengers and crew were both animated by the same heroical spirit, nor must ib bo forgobten thab tho latter division of the Tasmania's people had all the labour of transfer to the boat., and, further, nearly all tho victims were members of tho crow. The conduct of all on board amid circumstances most brying to fortitude and unselfishness throws light upon the hidden strength and resource of average humanity.
