WARDEN'S COURT.

Coromandel, Wednesday.
Clark v. the Cadman G.M. Company.— Claim £15 63 for wages due by the Company.—Awarded £4 8s without costs.
McGregor v. R. Worth.—Plaint for forfeiture of the Sterling dredging claim.— Forfeiture was decreed, with costs £2 12s.
Gray and Chambers v. North Kapanga G.M. Company.—Claim for goods supplied, money advanced, etc., amounting in all to £76 16s lOd.—Judgment waa given for that amount, with costs £3 3s.
Wells v. the Harbour View G,M. Company. Plaint) for forfeiture on the ground of non-working from the 2nd to"7th of May last. Wells admitted, in cross-examination, that he had offered to settle the case tor £10 oub of Court, bub denied any alleged attempts ab blackmail. Tho Warden held thab a technical broach of tho mining regulations had been' committed, and inflicted a fine of 10a.
