PRESIDENT KRUGER APOLOGISES.
Pretoria, March 31.. Lieutenant Eloff, -an officer of the Transvaal military, has boon suspended for using slanderous and insulting language against Quoon Victoria. Mr Greene, the British resident in Pretoria, demanded Elofl'a dismissal, and Presidenb Kruger replied expressing his regret) at the officer's conducb.
